Your Harding sign is guaranteed not to fade or peel for up to 7 years, or we will replace your sign for free*.

Harding Design, Sign and Print guarantees our signs against fading and peeling under Australian weather conditions (which are pretty tough!). These guarantees are backed by our commitment to use high quality materials and state-of-the-art equipment for the best results, and our skills and knowledge developed over 15 years’ experience in the industry working on a wide range of projects for hundreds of clients.

Guarantee Periods

Die-Cut Vinyl (DCV) – 7-Year Guarantee
Digitally Printed Vinyl (DPV) – 5-Year Guarantee
Heat Pressed Vinyl (HPV) – 12-Month Guarantee

*Conditions of Guarantee - We are sincere about providing customer satisfaction while protecting ourselves from undue liability, so here goes the terms and conditions: Harding will, at our discretion, repair or replace unsatisfactory products returned to the point of purchase where applicable. The guarantee does not extend to any damage caused by misuse of the product, or damage to other property through use or misuse of the product. HPV printed garments should also be turned inside out, washed in cold water, and hung to dry naturally (not in the clothes dryer). They should not be bleached, washed in hot water, ironed directly, or otherwise subjected to harsh heat or chemicals.

More about our Vinyl

Harding Design only uses top quality materials. Currently, we use a lot of ORACAL® vinyl film (also called PVC) from Germany. It is a high-performance product with “special polymeric, non-migrating plasticisers and UV stabilisators ensuring lightfastness and weather resistance to the highest extent. It is resistant to most oils and greases, fuels, aliphatic solvents, weak acids, salts and alkalis” as endorsed by Orafol Europe GmbH.

There are basically three ways to make Harding vinyl signs, depending on signage requirements.

Die-Cut Vinyl (DCV)

DCV is used for signage featuring solid colour blocks rather than photographic images. We die-cut your artwork in ORACAL® vinyl (you can choose from more than 50 colours) and mount the artwork by hand onto the appropriate base. Harding’s DCV signs are guaranteed for seven years against fading or peeling in Australian weather conditions.

Digitally Printed Vinyl (DPV)

DPV is used for signs containing graphics (logos, photographs, illustrations, etc.) in full colour or blank and white. We print your artwork with high quality UV-stable ?BRAND/TYPE ink on clear/white ORACAL® vinyl sheets, and mount the artwork onto the appropriate base. Harding’s DPV signs are guaranteed for seven years against fading or peeling in Australian weather conditions.

Heat-Pressed Vinyl (HPV)

HPV is used for signs printed on fabrics. Harding HPV signs are tough enough to withstand a full motocross racing season and come with a 12-month warranty under proper care conditions. More about Our Equipment

We operate our own design studio and sign manufacturing equipment capable of accurately producing even the most intricate and complex lettering designs and graphics.

For sign making, our digital cutting plotter can produce die-cut vinyl and digitally printed vinyl up to 720mm wide and for the full length of our substantial vinyl sheet roll.

For garment printing (signs on fabrics), we can heat-press designs up to 500mm x 400mm in area on our commercial heat plate.
